The Happening Nipah Beach - West Lombok

Lombok is well known for its breathtaking beaches. Most people are only familiar with 3 Gilis (Trawangan, Meno, Air), Senggigi Beach, Kuta Mandalika Beach, Tanjung Aan, and other popular beaches. YET, there are a lot of other beaches which have marked their existences on the must-be-visited list.

One of those is Nipah Beach.

Nipah Beach is located 25 - 30mins upnorth Senggigi Beach. This beach becomes popular among fresh fish lovers who are looking not only for fresh grilled sea water fish but also gorgeous scenery. It is surely packed up with culinary hunters during the weekends or national holidays.

Well, come join our journey to Nipah Beach!
We have mentioned that the beach is awesome, haven't we? ^^

We came here on Thursday, so it was really peaceful and calm that day. The wave was super fine for messing around in it (what we meant by messing around is that u can get really messed up if swimming is not one of the skill u have, Mates!!) and the wind was typically normal.

We managed to get 2 big fish (not the ones i was holding) for only idr 70,000,-.

Don't hesitate to bargain, Mates!
Here they were!

While Inaq Ira was preparing for the sambal,
here we were trying to learn some BBQ skill from her son ^^

Yup, we wanted it to be super hot!

Here they were after 30mins in the grilling process ^^

Bon Appetite, Mates!

Btw, eating grilled fish wouldn't be perfect without a perfect young coconut
for only idr 5000-/piece!

After the early lunch, we headed to Stangi Beach (we'll review on this beach later, Mates - stay tuned!) and spent the whole afternoon after the sun set.

-Stangi Beach-
We'll have review on this beach asap, okay, mates? ^^
